For the best engraving results, we recommend using:

• Clear, high-quality photos
• Good lighting
• Photos where your pet is facing the camera
• Close-up portraits with minimal background clutter

Photos that are blurry, dark, heavily filtered, or taken from far away may not engrave as clearly. If needed, we may reach out to request a different photo to ensure the best possible result for your keepsake.

If your pet received care at one of our partner hospitals, your finished glass portrait will be delivered directly back to the hospital for pickup once completed.

This allows families to receive their keepsake through a familiar and trusted location during an already emotional time.
